This place is just awful. Management their has no ideal what they are doing. The last few years they were running on a pharmaceutical license because someone cut and pasted there government compliance application from the internet. They say their products are made in America when really they're made in a third World country ship to America where they put just enough parts to get by saying there made in the USA. always short on parts because they don't pay their vendors on time.They don't keep upper management for more then a year. The union there is a joke!! If your boss doesn't like you they will come up with way to get rid of you "seen that go on myself for 4 years" Coworks talk about everyone behind there backs it's like high school. For government control building they don't keep a log of the trucks that come in and out of there. Also since it's a union people are always being moved around that why they have so many problems with their products.

We made X-ray machines used in airports. I enjoyed my job and my coworkers. We were free to play music and use cell phones, as long as your work was getting done. Sad the job had to end, but it was a contract job.

Good pay and a challenging work environment. There is also an excellent work and life balance. I plan or retiring here. The work day is relaxed and as long as you finish your assignments, management leaves you alone. There is plenty of opportunities for overtime and the job security is excellent. You need to be squeaky clean to get hired. Great company with a bright future.

What began as a great company to work for has slowly turned into the worst company. Management is completely out of touch. Decisions are made without thought of how it will impact the business. Management is hired with no clue of how to do the job, no desire to learn and no push from their boss to learn the job to then effectively coach their teams to be better. Departments work against each other and do nothing but point fingers at each other while customers suffer. There are few people in each department who really know and do their job and so they become overworked, while others get away with their inadequacies and inability of correctly do the job. No parts to fix the units. No training or mentoring program. No raises or bonuses. No profit sharing. No job security. Multiple sites have closed which has only enabled the company to stay afloat this long. Company defaults on their contracts with customers and are on the brink of the inevitable. .....the doors closing.

Takes way too much effort to get anything done. This is what happens when you let shareholders run your company. No one wants to spend money, so all processes become very ineffecient and this is aggravated by taking on newer and more tenuously feasible obligations to customers in hopes of generating revenue.
