managers were always changing. lots of cleaning to do in all shifts and long hours

I did plenty of customer service. I learned to make smoothies and also I learned a bit about healthy nutrition and taking care of your health. I was able to help people make the right decision by knowing which smoothie would be great after a workout or a smoothie that was for a meal replacement, etc.

On a typical day of work i sometimes run the register and take orders of customers while answering any questions they have. I generally try to up sell product as much as possible while helping customers with any nutritional information that they need. I make smoothies when i am not on the register and refill powders, juices and fruits as needed. I keep – more...  the smoothie bar, blender area and register area clean. I learned how to be quick and learned to multitask quicker while getting things done neatly and organized. My co-workers are nice. My boss is laid back and understanding. The hardest part of the job is the hard work put out but rate of pay per hour. The most enjoyable party of the job is being able to work on a college campus because I get to meet so many different people. – less

My boss was somebody I will never forget; she was my inspiration to always to my best regardless of the job.

A typical day at work is usually started off by getting everything prepped for the day. Once we are open, I greet customers as they come in, as well as take their orders and make their smoothies. I've learned that working in customer service you have to be patient because everyone is not the same. Some customers you can't please and others you can. – more...  For those that you can't please, you have to try your best and if it isn't good enough just keep calm and keep a smile on your face, that's the most difficult part of this job. Management is not heavily supervised, the main thing I try to enstill in employees is that as long as you do your job and do what you are told to do there should be no problem. Business ethics are very important to me. The most enjoyable part of this job is getting to talk to different people everyday, learning knew things about people. – less

Worked with a great team who always provided support and enjoyed getting to know customers.

I usually opened and was alone for the first hour. My co-workers were always helpful and the managers were always there to help out when needed. The hardest part of the job was cleaning up at the end of the night which was not that hard anyways. The best part of the job was making and tasting the smoothies.

this was one of my best job ever. i normally opened and close the store. making money deposit drop in the bank. each morning and night i would count inventory on what be use from previous night up to in the morning and also during the day.

My job was to provide excellent costumer service, work the cashier, and do inventory.
