Stop treating them like they're stupid. Bring back employee involvement in changes, not just shove change down their throat. Stop changing things on a DAILY basis. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it til it is."
Don't run it like a concentration camp. People are horrified of mgmt here so that should be addressed.

Pay versus hours put in. Compensation does not align with hours expected to put in. An employee in the same position in Southern California is compensated the same as someone in the Mid west where the cost of living is cheaper.
