Sneaker Villa Is A Growing Company With A Lot Of Potential. They Compensated Me Well During My Time There With Decent Benefits But.....As Someone A Little More Used To Traditional Retail, This Job Was A Mistake. The Typical Work Day Would Consist Of Trying To Run The Store With Some Very Un-Motivated Kids Who Thought Of It As A City Blue Job Where You – more... Just Stand There And Look Good But Do No Actual Work. I Got In Trouble 2 Times Because I Was Among The Top Sellers In The Company As A Manager But If The Kids....Most Of Which Had Been There Before Me Aren't Gonna Help The Customers, I Got To. There Were Some Decent Co-Workers There, But Most Of The People Working There Were Kids....Like Part Of The 106 & Park Age That Had No Work Ethic So It Made Managing THAT Much Harder. I GOT ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING!!! On Friday I Was At My Former Job, And On Monday I Was Running A Store With Little Understanding On How They Wanted The Store Ran. It Was Like "You've Been A Manager Before!! Now Go!!" There Was No Life/Work Balance. Also Getting Asked For The Hookup 20 Times Every Hour Gets Old. – less
