I work as an Administrative Assistant/Consultant. The employees were very helpful and found a job for me that was a very good fit where I could use my skill sets.

A typical day on this job was to meet with your supervisor and they told you what you would be doing for the day, daring the time I worked on this job I learned a lot about Wal-Mart and all the regulations they were under. It was a nice place to work at just not enough time.Woorker's try to get along with you even though you could'nt understand every word but they try just like i did so we could have a better work relationship.

The job tasks was o.k. but what wne on inside the office between personnel employees was very unprofessional. So i think that as a company they need to work on there personnal relationship w/each other and w/ all that was going on they couldn't focus on employees therefore not getting it together to accomplish their goals.

The company Snelling placed me at (Amedisys Home Health) was not organized with their Verification/Authorization department. Most of their leaders were out of state and worked from home which made it impossible to have productive team work. Management didn't communicate with temp employees unless they were backed up againt the wall. The company was – more...  not hiring temps and company jobs were open. No benefits, no insurance, and no PTO. The workers they had to train us was in other states and you had to explain questions over the phone and also obtain the understanding/walk through examples over the phone which was frustrating! Most co-workers on site wasn't willing to share knowledge to assist in having a productive team. The hardest part of the job was not gaining the proper training therefore, you had to basically teach yourself by trial and error which made a stressful work place and position. They were already behind, but wanted everything done yesterday. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting paid every Friday.

Snelling didn't really respond to temp employee concerns either. Emails to them were either not answered or not answered timely or professionally. It's like they place you and don't care what happens after that. A lot of employees at this location resigned from Snelling/Amedisys including myself. My health is most important to me and I'm too blessed to be stressed. – less

Snelling staffing is probably one of the best staffing agency I have worked. With friendly staff and the willingness to help you if you have a problem at at job site. Unfortunately they not real great about finding a job.

job wsn't really for me as i was told by employer .basically called the wealthy business owners to solicite them to donate money for muscular dystrophy association

Great people and a nice variety of jobs for the employees. Always had assignments.

I have been given assignments that are easily within my abilities and are in the general area of my expertise. They are willing to go the extra mile for their candidates as well as for their clients.

This was a joint venture that was a wonderful journey for the short time it lasted. Great opportunity to work so seamless as a team.

• Loaded and unloaded freight in a safely a manner.
• Packed and wrapped merchandise properly.
• Cleaned work area and assisted office manager with miscellaneous tasks.

At first it was good they sent me to a couple jobs and I enventually got hired at one.But when My job closed I called Snelling back that was under new management and they wouldnt even give me a chance.I never missed a day and always showed up on time for nothing Oh Well!

Great team at Snelling. If you enjoy doing temp work and just want to work for a little extra money it is great.

Snelling some of the best Jobs. If you have some discernable skills, Snelling will find you a job. Unfortunately, I can't speak for every region.
