I may have worked for a few days with this agency, but the coworkers and management were really generous enough to teach me a few things. Thank you so much for the experience.

Although this was a temporary agency, it was a delightful company to work for. It was very busy at times recruiting candidates.

Analyze inventory discrepancies resulting from transactions /interfacing system modules on Peolesoft & Genius sotfware
Updating, spreadsheets daily on excel
Emails emergencies changes.
Investing transaction errors through interfacing.
Processing various transactions through multiple systems.

My day would basically start at 8m and end at 4pm. I was hired to clean out a area high school for the start of a new school year. All of the workers, including myself, would start dispose of trash and other items that were left there in the school. Most temp services dont care about helping you find a perminint job, But Snelling Personnel Services try their best to find you a perminint job

it was a good place to work for but going through snelling was a bad idea

the jobs i was assigned were very fun, my day was filled with exciting things to do interacting with coworkers and the public is very fun to me

I would go on various temporary assignments or temp to hire
assignments such as truck driving,warehouse work. I would
perform duties such as delivering various products to different
locations. I would perform warehouse duties such as pulling orders,
stocking shelves,customer service,loading and unloading trucks.

Your task changed daily which was great, because you had the oppurtunity to learn every aspect of the company.

A great environment to learn and grow professionally. A stable and friendly group of individuals.

I got hurt at my assignment and they will NOT place me again. They lie and say its my work ethnic.

Needs more employers. Good front office personnel, easy interview process.

With the first assignment I didn't work long because they were behind on what they needed to do. With the second assignment I worked more than I did the first time and had more hours.

Never a typical day, sometimes your mopping floors, assembling batteries, making nuclear suits, preparing tickets for outgoing shipments or checking in truck drivers. I learned I like learning new things and when paired up with a co-worker their behavior can hender your reputation. The hardest part of my job was finding these companies. A typical day to work for me would be, quite busy, handling phone calls and guest calls, as well as tending to guest and customers needs at all times and putting them first in all I do to maintain excellent serivice and to keep the customer coming back for business.
The things that I have learned is to be a team player, get along with co workers and – more... assist in whatever it is that they may need help with at all times.
