Pusher (Former Employee), Clovis, NM – April 13, 2015
Pros: very quiet hours quick and easy work
Cons: being the only female out there with males made it feel very unsafe
Would head in clock in go across the street to plant and wait until next load of ten to 11 trucks need to be pushed up a lot of waiting after pushing up three rows of full milk tankers and pulling out one row of empty milk tankers Management was alright up until it came to harassment then refused to deal with it and terminated the victims job for reporting it about another employee. The hardest part of the job was only when it got cold running from rig to rig pushing them forward equipment was not real well taken care of most enjoyable part of the job was working with the plant employees were very nice and were very helpful very efficient with their jobs if they knew what they were doing.
Researched and recommended phone service plans the best way possible to satisfy customer service needs.
Salesperson (Former Employee), New York, NY – March 30, 2015
Researched and recommended phone service plans. Got experience on providing satisfaction to specific customer service needs. Had a wonderful communication with co-workers who were always eager to share their experience in the process of providing customer service. Since the work required to visit customers to their homes, this business involved the investment of plenty of time on moving from one place to another. The company of other co-workers, while doing the job, was a grateful experience.
Package Handler (Former Employee), Bensenville, IL – March 23, 2015
Pros: friendly people, pay good, great team leaders
Cons: we only had one 30 minute break working up to 10 hours a day
this company is one of the best companies i ever worked for. people came knew what the job was and got it done. the time i was there i learned so much about the ups mail system run and how important the customers is to ups. management was probably the best ever, they was great with all the people that worked there. if it was an issue it was solved in a blink of an eye, they teach and make sure you get everything before putting you to work. the hardest part was the long hours with just one 30 minute break especially since it was overb night. overal its a good company loved being there
Office / Data Entry Clerk temp assignment (Former Employee), Baton Rouge, LA – March 7, 2015
Pros: they place quickly
Cons: don't return phone calls
This company called to place me during my first month of application process. They did place me with a good place, that nearly panned out to be permanent. Then, with now warning, and no explanation, I got a call very late in the evening that the assignment had ended and that the company I was assigned to didn't need anyone there the next day. Ok. No problem. But, nobody at Snelling EVER called me back for any further placement and no reason was given. I KNOW I didn't do any thing wrong. I asked why, and never received a phone call back or an answer. To this day.
HR Generalist (Former Employee), Birmingham, AL – March 3, 2015
Snelling Staffing, under the operation of its owner, is a wonderful organization to be a part of. My skills and abilities were carefully analyzed. I was placed with a company were I was able to use my expertise and skills.
This mostly is a staffing company that sends you out to job sites to fulfil their company needs.
Banquet Server (Former Employee), Forest Park, GA – March 2, 2015
Pros: friendly staff and managers/owner
Cons: not enough hours or work in this field
My view that this company is located to far away and you need transportation to get to their offices which is located on the other side of town . Yes indeed if you own a car but if not you're on your own to get your own transportation and not only that they only call you on maybe once or twice out of week or month.
