Workload was consistent, but training was not. Individuals learned the specifics of the job by making mistakes. Management was not supportive and not consistent with each employee.
A typical day consisted of reviewing files for documents needed to complete a file, then creating documents for customers to sign. Other duties included reviewing sign documents for accuracy and entering into a database system. Final stage of process was to pay dealers and close file.
