Cook, Salt Lake City, UT - May 8, 2016
A typical day at work was an 8 am shift. To start, I would open one of the many kitchens at snowbird with a few team members. We would then be working the lunch rush from around 11 am to 2 pm. the lunch rush at Mid-Gad was crazy. We would have up to $18,000 days. Then, I would head down to the Mexican resturaunt at Snowbird for my 4 pm shift as line cook. I would typically get off at around 7, but sometimes I wouldn't get off until 10, or even 11. those are long days. and that was 5 days a week.
