Overall, there is a lack of committment in this organization to a business model that will sustain the company long term. SNVC tends to be reactive, therefore changing business plans and organizational charts often. The CEO has placed people in leadership positions that for the most part do not have the level of experience necessary to complete the duties of their assigned roles and furthermore, those people he's assigned to key positions are within his "inner circle" so the power of influence outside of that circle is quite minimal for the rest of the leaders.
Management needs to commit to a business model and plan so that the employees can buy into it and have a greater understanding of the products and services that SNVC can and is trying to offer.
