Lack of focus on long term business model coupled with lack of strategic hires in key leadership positions.

Pros: this organization supports veterans and you cant say anything bad about that.
Cons: management, favoritism, leadership hires/decision-making, lack of commitment to business model
This organization supports veterans and you cant say anything bad about that.

Overall, there is a lack of committment in this organization to a business model that will sustain the company long term. SNVC tends to be reactive, therefore changing business plans and organizational charts often. The CEO has placed people in leadership positions that for – more... the most part do not have the level of experience necessary to complete the duties of their assigned roles and furthermore, those people he's assigned to key positions are within his "inner circle" so the power of influence outside of that circle is quite minimal for the rest of the leaders.

Management needs to commit to a business model and plan so that the employees can buy into it and have a greater understanding of the products and services that SNVC can and is trying to offer. – less

Company is a good company with many good people on staff who have contributed to building the company. Management team has issues ... You will have to observe and decide for yourself. Good at initial hire, not so good at continuing placement.
