Production Supervisor (Former Employee) – Goodyear, AZ – May 1, 2017
Very negative culture. Accomplishments were never recognized. This company has a great supervisory team and they are not appreciated. I would not recommend working at the supervisor level at this company

Processing Material Handler (Former Employee) – Hanover, PA – June 25, 2013
Snyders wasnt bad. The pay for a summer job was great starting at 11 something, the work wasnt hard but you were always moving so it didnt get boring. But what would ruin it all for me was the hours. I would Work 12 hour shifts 4 days a week. At first this didnt seem bad, but later i relized i never had time to do anything between spending most of day at work and off days sleeping. My job would only be hard if the packaging sorter broke. There was a machine that would take most boxes from packing room to warehouse, if this broke like it did one time, you would have to spend all night running back and forth between the two. Most nights though it was simple to keep up and compelete my work.
Route Sales (Former Employee) – Elizabethtown, PA – August 4, 2012
This job seemed like it would be a very good job to do but I was wrong. As far as co-workers go they were awesome very helpful good people. The management was ok one was good and the other not so good. This job has very long hours not enough time for a family man. The job in it self wasn't too bad except some of the grocery store employees and management were difficult at times. If you like working long hours and don't like seeing your family then I guess it would be ok.
