SSS was founded by Herbert J. Miller, Denis Ables, and Mary Frances leMat, and the company was a proud participant and graduate of the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program (1979,88). Today, SSS has approximately 500 staff members, with 2005 annual revenues expected to exceed $115 million. SSS has offices in Silver Spring, MD; Durham, NC; and Kampala, Uganda.
