Company calls itself 'data-driven' but is driven with false/erroneous data.

The numbers used to build the sales territory, or the addressable market, are bogus. Leadership took the total operating budget of the Non-Profits within territory and assumed that it was all 'addressable'. Non-Profits do not work that way, they tend to allocate 1%- 4% of their operating budget for IT. Therefore the actual addressable market is 1-4% of the number that they give you.

Do not expect to even get close to quota
