A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with Sodexo. However, failure to disclose your complete conviction history will be considered falsification of the application and will be grounds for rejection of your application. - Autumn, Sodexo USA Careers Community Manager

That you would have to contact the company that's a personal question for as I'm concerned I don't fit that category but what I can say if they do background checks straight to the point but they do not discriminate they will help you in every which way they can they have jobs for many people in any field they will work with you they do not discriminate
It depends on the location. If the location you're working at will not allow any convictions, you can't work there. At my location it is fine if it was over 7 years ago.
You must either be old a hippy and snobby
No they don't once they heard I had a prior they terminated the interview!
High school diploma or GED? required just to cook and assist a customer
They do hire people with felonies, not proud but I had one in my past
Sodexo doesn't perform a back ground or drug check unless your job is required by their contract ( like if you will be hired by Sodexo to work in an hospital on in a Government establishment. No back ground or drug test checked for working in education contract . I wasn't checked while working at Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk. )
