My day started off by baking muffins, turnovers, cinnamon rolls and cookies for UMKC's coffee shops.While my muffins are baking, I would get my breakfast items ready and setup my breakfast island with cinnamon rolls, apple and cherry turnovers,fruit,muffins,yogurt and cottage cheese. Once I'm done with that, then I would load product up for our driver to deliver coffee shop their goods.After that I would start my baking - cakes, pies, pudding, jello, cookies, cereal bars and breads. Towards the end of my shift I would do any catering baked goods that was ordered.
