Our offer: 15% of the gross revenue charged to our clients.
You are required: generate new leads and close new clients.
We deliver: Senior Software Developers + workspace in our offices. We retain 70% of the net profit.
You should use all your effective channels for client and project acquisition: personal contacts, meetings and visits CEO/CTO/CMO etc, phone calls, IT exhibitions and conferences etc.
We have 8 development centers which are located in every large city of Ukraine. We can source from within or and staff from outside Senior Software Developers very quickly.
Average successful IT Sales Executive with Soft Group sells revenues above $ 1 million per year generating $ 150K personal income. Remember, to generate $ 1 million revenue per year, you only need 80K revenue per month, which is a workload of 10 to 14 software developers. Our best IT Sales Executives sell projects worth 30-40 software developers year.
° Cold-calling US IT companies and generate new leads (incl. calls over your personal contacts);
° Identifying and communicating with decision makers of prospective clients;
° Setting meetings (via Skype or during the business trip) and visit CIOs, Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Purchasing Agents, HR Managers, etc. as potential clients: anyone within IT Department ;
° Visiting IT exhibitions and conferences to bring in new prospects and clients;
° Clearly understanding Clients' businesses and requirements
° Ensuring customer awareness of our capabilities and services to improve sales opportunities;
° Keeping tap on the outsourcing market, uncovering upcoming opportunities and anticipating client’s needs
° Developing and maintain excellent relationships with the clients and prospects;
° Heavily invested in IT networking;
Qualifications and requirements:
° Experience of IT sales from scratch within US market
° Excellent communication skills;
° Be able to deal with different types of clients and stay calm in any situation;
° Experience of dealing with company decision makers and C-Level executives;
° Be a good team member;
° Be able to work 8 hours a day and stay in a good mood;
° Be able to come out of non-standard situations;
° Have excellent computer skills.
