My experience at SoftArtisans was a unique learning opportunity. I started as a technical services support engineer, but I was allowed to advance my professional skills while pursuing my own interests. During my time there, I tackled QA, technical writing, training, making tutorials/labs, making and giving demos, project management, eventually leading up to product ownership. This allowed me to identify my professional direction (project management).
