Honestly, not a bad place to work. IBM has plenty to offer and will teach their DCTs how to deploy, maintain and work with customer's hardware.
While working for IBM, you will learn Linux, Windows, Unix. Racking and deploying data center hardware. Understanding OSI and TCP/IP networking. How firewalls work. Running Fiber, SFP, QSFP, and Ethernet cables.
Management can sometimes be questionable, depending on which site you work at.
Co-workers range from hard working to over achievers and down to lazy.
Most enjoyable part of the job is gaining experience.
