Pros: lots of company activities, lunches, sports teams, acknowledgement of accomplishments, birthdays, tenure.
Cons: traffic in the area. not a lot of great places to eat locally

As a tech company that works mostly in the web, the workforce is young and fun. There's a lot of energy and a lot of new ideas. There's a pretty constant push to think of new ways to do things.
Benefits and pay have been pretty good, and there are some quarterly bonuses that can be a lot of $$. Many new employees were given an amount of the bonus $$ even though they had only been here for a few weeks.
If you like a fast-paced work environment with a lot of chance for advancement, this is the place for you. – less

It's not a real job? Then I guess I wasted my time working my 8 hour shift today. You know, it's funny, because I guess I wasted the 40 hours I worked last week, too. I guess I'm just lucky that someone direct-deposited the exact amount I would have earned if this was a "real job" in my bank account on Friday. And, weirdly enough, the same thing happened the week before that and the week before that, too. Boy, what a fool I am to have given this company my personal info, because all I got in return is a good-paying job. I guess the original poster didn't get called for an interview and has to make up a reason why in order to soothe his or her hurt feelings.
