The Company, through its Business Service Management (BSM), provides software solutions that enable companies to manage their information technology (IT) infrastructure from a business perspective. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company operated in two software business segments: Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Mainframe Service Management (MSM) segments. ESM segment consists of the Company’s non-mainframe solutions.
