Mosaic is changing the game for Solar loans one loan at a time but they may need to re-think the training approach and overall internal team structure if they plan on having each and ever employee be successful over time. The environment is friendly at times but can be stressful with silly call metrics and a very privelaged upper management team. Some days the call volume and relentless requests can be a lot to handle but can also be rewarding. Customer support is heading in a weird direction in my opinion but continues to provide great customer service regardless of who is steering the ship.
