Horrible Culture
SOC (Current Employee), OmahaMarch 28, 2013
Pros: remote jobs
Cons: culture of distrust and an executive team that lacks professionalism.
Avoid this company at all cost. This a mom and pop shop dripping in cronyism and nepotism. If you've never had a job this could be a good fit, as the want yes men and clones. It was the worst experience and most likely the worst career move I ever made. There is a reason people don't stay. If the executive team doesn't like you.... You'll never fit – more... in. – less

Pros: easy going atomosphere
Cons: poor hours.
This company has potential to bad it cannot walk the talk. Poor starting hours, staring the computer screen 10 hours a day, no good coworkers, on the spot made up rules that disappear the next day. Managers hired outside the company who know nothing of the culture. But hey eatery is near by, and a monkey could do the job.
