I enjoyed my time at SolutionSet as a whole. The people are nice and generally are pretty smart.
The problem with the place is that because of the really high turnover (many people only last a year or so), they cannot take on very out of the box projects. Many of the projects are kind of turn the crank so of CMS installs, etc. Would be more fun if they would figure out how to retain good employees and reduce turnover, so they could take on more interesting projects.
