The people at Somerset are fantastic to work with and I mostly enjoyed my time with the company. Your days are mostly spent answering the phone, providing remote help, building machines, and providing deskside support.
The downside is the lack of communication. You're expected to train and learn without any kind of written outline or timeline. The director is on another floor and most tasks are communicated second hand from coworkers above you. The executives have zero patience for those who lack anything except full access to fix their problems. Regardless of how good you are, one too many complaints about this uncontrollable chain of command issue will get you terminated without notice.
