Really sad place to work. The worst management team I've ever worked for.

This company is based in Australia with their main sales office being in the US.
The company has the worst management team in the US that I've ever worked for at ANY company. They have fired every single person in the US office that had knowledge and history with their customers, their product, and their processes for doing business.
They are now left with 3 - 4 over paid VP's and a US President that does not have a clue how to run this business. The management team makes decisions based on emotion rather than sound business decisions, and they keep digging the company further and further in a hole that they will not be able to recover from. They are arrogant, could care less about their customers and the patients, and are only out to hit their profit goal at any cost to protect their own positions and bonuses.
The skeleton crew that they now have in place to do all of the "work" and support their customers (doctors) and their patients are all people without training, experience or leadership to be able to perform their jobs. There are now only 2 employees left in the US office that have any history with the company and customers, and they are putting so much pressure and responsibility on these two employees that those two will have no other option but to fail, which the management team will then fire them for not being able to do their jobs.
They under pay, over work, and NEVER train their employees on ANYTHING other than how to act when they are going to be audited by the FDA. Such a bad place to work, I would not recommend it.
The management team does not know theirmore... customers, do not know the products or the history of the products, they don't know any of the processes that have been in place for many years that are important to the day to day business practices that their customers and patients depend on, nor do they care to learn them because of their arrogance.
They portray themselves as a US company while they are owned out of Australia, all of their products are made using archaic methods out of Asia, and the US office is now managed by two Asian's and one very under qualified man from England. I can only see a very bad future for this company.less

Opened customer accounts and maintained customer records. Trained clients on the use of our online services & audit their satisfaction as well as motivate the repeat usage of our products and services. Assisted clients with any issues they might have, resolve product or service problems by clarifying the problem and explaining the best solutions to solve the issue. I've learned that a professional & positive attitude is the key for this role. Management and co-workers are very supportive and work as a team. The hardest part of the job is handling customer complaints, but in the end, they are satisfied. The most enjoyable part of the job is opening customer accounts providing product knowledge and problem solving.
