Starts out pretty good, but the sales grind takes over after the first month and takes over your life. New process supposedly takes the pressure out of sales, but the management is all old school, and they demand perfection and 15+ units a month with high backend products. Constant berating from management, so you need a thick skin. Unless you can close everyone you meet and bring in a lot of business and keep management off your back, reconsider dealership level employment.
