Painter (Current Employee), Sonoma, CANovember 12, 2014
Pros: benefits
Cons: i am seeking to utilize more of my skills.
I get work orders to repair surfaces in the building or repaint and renovtion of rooms . The hardest part of the job is working in infection controled areas, like plastic inclosers . The most enjoyable part is to see my finish work.

Medical Technician (Former Employee), Sonoma, CAOctober 6, 2014
Pros: 12 hr shifts so had more days off
Cons: being called off due to low census
I loved woking for this facility, but LVN's were phased out. Now that I'm an RN even though I worked there previously, I am considered a "New Grad" not experienced enough

It is family
Cardiopulmonary Tech (Current Employee), Sonoma, CAJuly 15, 2012
Pros: comfort
Cons: limited hours, low pay
Having grown up with most of the community it is a pleasure to take care of them. The management is changing to try to help a very small community hospital stay afloat.
My co workers are the best. Most have been there for 30+ years.
The hardest part is that it is so slow in procedures that it is hard to stay for 8 hours.
The most enjoyable is that it is family.
