A decent company for an entry level person selling speakers. These aren't the best speakers but they have their place in the market. They will cut you loose even though you did a great job and got results. They don't care about the employees enough to keep them around.

Account Services Specialist (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAApril 25, 2017
The company has some serious issues to work out in terms of it's contract workers. They need to either be explicit that the position will not be converted to full time or provide an explicit time frame. Just having some one hang on with vague promises of a full time position is bs. Otherwise the company is fine. Decent working culture but they aren't really willing to take the steps to take the company to the next level. Lots of potential to expand but due to internal policies it's difficult to actually act on expanding.

Employee (Current Employee) –  Santa Barbara, CAMarch 6, 2016
Great product, visionary engineering team and a growing brand that consumers love to advocate. Open work environment in very nice offices. Ping pong table, numerous lounge areas and awesome music systems throughout. Employees work hard and do find time to play as well, and take time out for their families. Very much a start up environment, with challenging cross-functional project management. Somewhat sink or swim environment with minimal onboarding. Perfect for the employee who wants to jump in, and doesn't mind a constantly changing atmosphere. Good people.
Pros
Product, Free lunch Fridays, Fun Program Benefits, Offices, Emerging, Location

Very Fun place towork
Technical Support Rep (Former Employee) –  Santa Barbara, CAApril 7, 2014
I worked all day on the phone and at the computer terminal answering customer's technical questions.
Working there was fun and sometimes exciting. A very friendly place to work.
The hardest part of the job was maintaining your sanity after repeating the same thing over and over again.
Some of the management was a bit arrogant.
Pros
Great snacks and weekly free lunches
Cons
The schedule could be a bit crazy
