I have held many job duties in my 23 years with Sony. I started in customer service, answering the phone, taking orders from customers and sales reps. I also did filing, office mailings to customers and sales reps. My second year with the company I became a credit coordinator. I adjusted customers for pricing claims, misships, shortages and non-delivery of their orders.
