My days were very busy because of the nature of the job. It being a car dealership it was very fast paced. Most days were usually talking by phone or in person with customers trying to resolve whatever issues happened through out the day. I think the hardest part of the job was not being able to resolve an issue. But at the same time the best. Because once I was able to get the information from researching. I was able to serve my customers better.
