Management is remote. Teleconference meetings are held where verbal updates are made and written reports are submitted.
Co-workers at the Nokia location are wonderful.

A typical day at work was great interacting with the general public; that was one of the best parts of the job, and i was a natural at it, being that i was reared from public housing myself.
Management was pretty descent with the confidence they had in me making choice decisions.
My co-workers have always seemed to be respectful of me until i was advanced – more...  to supervising, and then i encountered prejudice and rebellion due to me being sought over some of the other guards, that was one of the hardest parts of the job. But overall, i've enjoyed my time with most others and didn't let that get into the way of my perfomance.
I missed working with the company, and knew the whole while that it wouldn't last due to being contracted and the economy being the way it was.
I wish the company all the best with future endeavors. – less

S O S Security is a GOOD Company. I started as a Security Officer and worked my way up to FSD/EAP Director. Management is very good , as they are hands on and communicate with the employees. I had great experiences with my co workers and have on going friendships with many of them. The hardest part of the job was getting stuck on doubles but that comes – more...  with the job. The most enjoyable part of the job is the communications you have on a day to day basis, as I am a people person and that's where I shine. I would recommend S O S Security to any one with a professional attitude and who is willing to work for your pay check with the opportunity for Overtime and good Leadership. – less
