A typical work day proceeded as follows: 7:45 arrival, 8 AM start time. My work day consisted of taking incoming member calls. I learned many things about financial products ie... credit cards,auto loans, home equity loans, IRA'S etc.. We had a very diverse work group, from college students through someone with 40 years of service. The hardest part of the job was helping members to understand balancing their check books, and keeping track Visa due dates to avoid fees. Helping members understand our 24 hour accessibility through phone banking and online or mobile banking.
