I applied online. Was emailed to attend a new hire meeting. At the meeting I was advised to get an emergency certificate. I did the class, did all my clearances, emailed a photo for my ID, and that was it. Got an again stating I was hired and can set myself up with the online subbing system.
You walk into a group "interview," you sign a few papers, and sign up for a background check. That's it. You're in.
