Writing Tutor (Current Employee) – Olympia, WA – September 9, 2016
A typical day at work included working with students from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some students had major learning obstacles, while others just came in for support and encouragement. It is important to plan, but be prepared to improvise when the unexpected happens in a tutoring session. It's necessary to appreciate the successes while focusing on what could be improved throughout the day. Co-workers were friendly and professional.
