Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay and makes guests feel welcome. Basic duties include handling correspondence, sends and responds to emails, answer phones, handles cash and billing, make reservations, compile reports, and keeping the Front Desk running smoothly.Employee will also be cross-trained as Night Auditor and will also be trained to assist in sales and accounting. Works closely with other departments such as the Housekeeping Department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Must be sales-minded and must be capable of upselling and presenting options and alternatives to guests. Must be able to multitask effectively and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and strong individual who can work effectively under pressure. We are also looking for an individual that will step-up as a shift leader for at least 2 days out of the 5-day workweek most likely working Sundays & Mondays. Hotel is open 24/7 and will require employees to be flexible and be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Vacation, bonus and medical benefits offered to full-time employees after 90 days probation.
