Marine dealer seeks team player with advanced administrative skills, a mature attitude, and strong work ethic.

Days and Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duties include but are not limited to:
*Preparing Repair Orders for invoicing
*Preparing invoices
*Processing and tracking warranty claims
*Recording sublet activity and invoicing
*Enter ADP transactions, credit memos, parts invoices, and Co-Op
*Greet customers, take credit card payments, answer questions
*General office duties (answer phones, fax, e-mail, scan, coffee, and miscellaneous errands)

Requirements:
*Microsoft Office
*70 wpm
*Office experience - 3 year minimum
*Customer service background
*"Can do" attitude
*Flexible, initiative, detail and task oriented, independent, organized, follow through, strong ability to process information thoroughly
*Professional, engaging, and personable demeanor
