I learned a lot about professionalism here and that the customer is first. hardest part is that this is a non profit organization and you kind of have a hard time keeping your hours straight. the coworkers are the best part and my manager was also the best because she went above and beyond in the personal aspect. But.... they are working on becoming more high tech at a very slow pace. That is the part that sort of baffles me, because they are not utilizing all the facets possible to get donors in the door, like social media aspects and have an old fashioned way of going about it.
calling and calling and then emails with offers for donating.
