Cons: low pay rate at begining.
Everthing about them is good. Just that because of economy, not that many rises. Accept you start taking college classes.

Working under a grant has its pros and cons

Pros: great to see the success in the students involved
Cons: not being funded again
The Educational Talent Search Program is a great program, but when one does not have control over the participation of writing the grant for refunding purpose, one is handi-capped and losing one's job is the result.
