Office Assistant/Administrator needed for busy Southampton Construction Company.
General duties include:
- Insurance coordination
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Data entry
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel a must
- QuickBooks a must
- Master Builder a plus
Familiar with Southampton / East Hampton areas a plus
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must be capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast paced office
Compensation commensurate with experience
Part time to start possibly leading to a full time position
