Awesome company
Store Manager (Current Employee), Decatur, ALJanuary 10, 2014
I personally love the company. I have been here going on four years and the only negative I have is the drive. I would like to be closer to home. A typical day would consist of customers coming in to sell their items to us and/or looking to purchase items either for themselves or others maybe as a gift or even for investment purposes. I love my co-workers – more... and management. – less

Good basics, poor upper management
Assistant Manager (Former Employee), Daphne, ALJanuary 4, 2014
Pros: nice place to work
Cons: don't make promises to clients
Nice place to work, but if you want specific items for clients, the company never came through on promises.

Was fun in the begining, then we changed management.
Sales Associate (Former Employee), Columbus, GAMay 30, 2013
Pros: learned about precious metals.
Cons: needs to have proper training for someone that is new to the business.
It was great working there until we changed management. I had a younger manager that wanted her on people working for her. She made me feel as if she was trying to run me off.

Very laid back job with high demand from customers.
Store manager/CSR (Former Employee), Greenville, SCApril 30, 2013
Pros: learning a new field, assisting customers
Cons: little to no upper management support
SBC started out as a great company to work for. I have found that their needs and my ethics do not match enough to justify me staying with the company.
