The interview process is done by an Online Goto Meeting (if out of home office radius), if you are selected for a second line advancement, then you are sent to the facility that you have interviewed for and have a background check, when clearance is received you are called for a position offer.

Working hours depend on the specific facility that you are hired to work at. Smaller facilities may have Monday - Friday positions. Mid sized facilities normally have 12 hour positions - that are every other weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun) and two days per week. Larger facilities have numerous positions / shifts available, 6 a - 6 p or 7 a - 7 p, some 3 p - 11 p, some 11 p - 7 am, 6 p - 7 a, and 7 p - 7 a, a few facilities offer weekend positions.

During the first 12 mths you do not accrue Vacation time; however you do accrue Sick time of four hours a month from the date of hire that is usable upon completion of your 90 probationary period. When you complete your 12 mth with the company you earn 5 days of vacation time, two to four years you earn 10 days vacation time and five years and beyond you earn 15 days vacation time.
