SGWS epitomizes corporate greed and politics. Management and their preferred favorite employees are taken care of with ridiculous spending and favoritism. This is a company of haves and have nots. If you’re an attractive young lady you can go far by wearing tight clothes and “entertaining” clients and upper management. While the sales team slaves away doing administrative work in the office instead of out in the field, the favorites take extended days off to travel (at the company’s expense) and “work” from home.
Take a look at the senior staff, a sea of whiteness. How this company passes equal opportunity audits is beyond me. Because the employees who are moving up share the skin color of their leaders.
