On December 1, 2006, the Company entered into a letter agreement that provided the Company (or its designee) with the option to purchase certain uranium properties from Somuncurah – more... SRL, an Argentine entity. On April 16, 2007, it entered into a letter agreement that provided the Company (or its designee) with the option to purchase an additional uranium property from Somuncurah SRL. During the year ended December 31, 2005, the Company notified its joint venture partner with respect to the simpler Gold project, PRC, JHP Resources Limited, that it will not proceed with further exploration on the joint venture's concession. The Company is seeking other exploration opportunities. The Company has expanded the scope of its expected exploration and mining activities to Mongolia.
