Part-time Administrative Assistant needed on a temp to hire basis in Palm Beach Gardens. Flexible hours between 10-5 for a total of 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have two+ years of experience as an administrative assistant and have the ability to multi-task. Software experience including intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. Basic knowledge of office machines. Responsibilities include typing correspondences, filing, ordering office supplies, assist in planning meetings and preparing presentations, scheduling appointments/calendar management. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated go-getter that can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
