I greeted everyone who came in or on the phone with a positive greeting. I did my best to assist students and patrons with research papers, job search, resumes, and anything else they asked. I would direct them to someone who could help them if I couldn't for some reason. I made copies and sent faxes for students and patrons, and scanned documents. I also would look for books students needed or wanted if the book wasn't on the shelves, check in and out books, and worked in a database. The best part was meeting new people and being able to help them anyway I could.
