Keep accurate notes and up-to-date information in software system.
Set up appointments prior to owner visits.
Facilitate a transparent approach to all activities concerning our owners properties.
Make a unique plan for each owner management approach, how they wish to be communicated with/how often, any restrictions or let us handle as needed professionally.
Monitor bookings over all and inquire about trends at least once a month. Discuss plans for
driving results with General Managers and Reservations Department.
Stay up to date with home owners association and communicate on goings to the ownership.
Maintain Budgets for and be engaged with: Owner Gifts/Lunch.
Creative marketing for business and development (specific opportunities).
Communicate Quality Control items to owners for compliance purposes.
Meet minimal company standards regarding cleanliness and property condition.
Conduct routine unit inspections, in concert with operations team, across geographic territory including inspecting for cleanliness and general repair as well as overall unit condition. Responsible for communicating with unit owners on a regular basis as determined by GM or Area GM.
Acquire and maintain rental management contracts for all participating rental units. Give detailed rental presentations to prospective clients.
Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner working with front desk.
Delegates priority of all incoming work orders to maintenance staff throughout the day.
Spot checking assignments (along with Maintenance Supervisor).
Responsible for entering, reviewing, completing and follow-up for all maintenance work orders,
and maintaining accurate inventories, files, and all other correspondence for properties.
Approve monthly owner's statement in conjunction with accounting department to ensure all credits and debits are accounted for and documented properly, including but not limited to vendor bills, owners credits and any other charges and credits on the statements.
Work with General Manager in procurement meetings while owners are in house.
Maintain owner retention and research complex or competition to maintain existing owners are happy with their contract/rentals.
Assist General Manager in relationship building with local top realtors and real estate opportunities within you area.
Inspecting properties coming on or off of rental program will be sole responsibility of the Property
Manager. All checklist and inventories will be performed and approved by manager.
Assist with departure clean inspections in season.
Will be on-call as needed by business needs.

- Bachelors Degree
- Proven industry leader with three or more (3+) years of hospitality management experience.
- Sales/Marketing and/or Financial Management background a plus.
- Candidate chosen for role will manage properties in Panama City Beach, FL
