The position's primary responsibility involves customer service and general office duties. The customer service aspects of this position involve interfacing with customers and our internal sales team to process incoming orders, schedule shipments, and help resolve customer questions and issues. The position will also entail general office duties, including but not limited to sales support, telephone answering, and light filing.
Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of office experience in a fast-paced business to business environment. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Spanish language skills a big plus. Candidates should have extensive familiarity with the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus. This is a position for self-starters who are aggressive, hard-working, and looking to develop a long-term career at a rapidly expanding company.
