Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at Southwest Network, Inc..
Satisfactory sick and vacation leave.
The office side of things are consistent, strength-based and fun. Working out in the community with families can also be fun but highly challenging because you are talking about helping children get their needs met in a system/family structure where their needs haven't been getting met for years (depending on the case). Overall, if you can find work fulfillment with 'trying' to make a difference but understanding that you will not see the fruits of your labors, you may be able to make it work. Good luck!
You usually work 8am-5pm unless families need you to work outside that timeframe. SWN does allow you to make your own meeting/appointments schedule but you are limited to working only 40 hours a week.
