In a typical day, you boot up your computer with all the software you will be using for the day. Then start taking incoming calls from the customers. This was in a call center setting.
Our customers called in regarding billing or repair issues. Also, if they were moving or installing new service.
We maintained the database with setting up service for new customers, transferring or disconnecting customers service as needed.
We also resolved billing issues and made repair tickets as needed.
Upselling the customer to better products and services as needed.
We sold Phone lines, Cell phone service, DSL Service, U-Verse TV, Internet and phone service as well as DTV Satellite Service.
AT&T had and excellent team of managers and great co-workers to work with.
The most difficult part of this job was meeting the average call length time while delivering excellent customer service and upselling the customer.
The most enjoyable part of this job was resolving the customer billing and service issues and turning an upset customer into a happy customer.
