Business Bank/Head Teller (Former Employee), Cranston, RI – November 6, 2013
Pros: dental conventions
A typical day at work for me was booking appointments, confirming appts., billing, keeping charts in order. Sanitizing rooms and instruments for the next patient. I learned how to assist the dentist and hygienist with their daily routines, and the front desk management. All the co--workers were very informative, and helpful. The hardest part of the – more... job was seeing people cry when they were in the dental chair. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing clients leave with a nice and happy smile excited to return for their next visit. – less
Teller (Former Employee), West Windsor, NJ – September 29, 2013
Terrible company, i don't know why people choose this place for their bank. Treat their employees horrible, forced to treat customers horrible. Upper management started forcing employees to push whatever they could at customers even if it didnt pertain to them.
