Objective: User support and customer service on company supported applications, systems and platforms
- Respond to requests for technical assistance electronically and via phone * Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues * Follow standard help desk procedures * Log all help desk interactions * Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention * Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate actions.
This position will operate out of the Help Desk located at the corporate office--6467 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Education: Two year degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-3 years' experience in a Help Desk or Call Center position.
Must be analytical and able to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Must have good organizational skills and the flexibility to handle a wide array of assignments.
Must have good communication and problem solving skills
