Store Manager (Former Employee), San Antonio, TX – March 21, 2013
Pros: great training, meet great people.
Cons: beneifits are the worse, high turn over. they don't pay much.
I really enjoyed working with UB. If I had not moved 80 miles away I would still be there. This job will give you the training it takes to run a business. You are in charge of the expenses and profits. Hardest part of the job is communication from Area Manager to Store managers. Out of 12 managers I got along with 10 of them for the most part. I really disliked how the office in Bufflao, NY. think you are able to fix a electrical gate and figure out IT problems like you had the training for it. They expect you to just figure everything out before calling out a professional. Some Store managers are great at their job but terrible with how they handle their employees, which causes a high turn over rate.
